Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent strategies. You will lead initiatives to attract, retain, and cultivate exceptional talent, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and core values. Your expertise will drive innovative practices in talent acquisition, employee growth, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop job descriptions that meet organizational goals.
- Implement comprehensive training and development programs to empower employees in their career journeys.
- Champion leadership development initiatives that prepare future leaders for strategic roles.
- Oversee a fair and efficient performance management system that fosters growth and accountability.
- Create resources and tools to support managers in providing impactful feedback and setting performance objectives.
- Establish a dynamic succession planning process to identify and nurture internal talent for critical positions.
- Work closely with department leaders to address workforce gaps and talent needs proactively.
- Infuse DEI principles into all aspects of talent management to promote an inclusive environment.
- Drive initiatives that foster a culture of inclusivity through equitable talent practices and training.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys, analyzing insights to promote continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance our workplace culture for a more productive environment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the success of talent management programs and make informed recommendations.
- Regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and suggest actionable improvements.
- Manage the talent management budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in talent management or leadership development roles.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related credentials.

- Deep understanding of effective talent management practices in recruitment, development, and retention.
- Proficiency in HR technology and talent management systems.
