Included Health is seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist, licensed in Pennsylvania, to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. Our Remote Therapists are dedicated to providing holistic care throughout patients' healthcare journeys, employing leading interventions that address various needs.
As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will offer individual therapy sessions through our advanced Telehealth platform. You will work independently while having continuous access to your supportive clinical team. Our Clinical Operations team will manage billing, patient scheduling, and onboarding, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional care and documenting visits effectively. Utilizing an evidence-based approach, you will guide clients through their mental health experiences by crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess patients through virtual video consultations.
- Conduct remote counseling, psychotherapy, and thorough mental health evaluations, gathering essential medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.
- Design and execute individualized behavioral health treatment plans while evaluating the outcomes of mental health assessments and providing evidence-based therapeutic support.
- Maintain accurate records of sensitive patient information, including examination results and medical histories.

Minimum Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania License: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a related license.
- 3+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience.
- Master's degree from an accredited program.
This independent contractor position offers a competitive compensation of $61.25 - $63.00 per visit hour, with further details discussed during the hiring process.
