The Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in their business area, responsible for organizing, delivering (or facilitating the delivery of) business segment specific training for new and existing Risk Advisor colleagues. They will act to build strong relationships across Guided Direct To Consumer to gain insight into training needs and ensure training accessibility to all colleagues. This role will collaborate with the Quality Assurance & Training Leader to create training materials, provide ongoing training on systems, processes, and tools, and coordinate with appropriate outside resources to conduct training classes and create resources.

POSITION SUMMARY:

They will act to build strong relationships across Guided DTC to gain insight into training needs and ensure training accessibility to all colleagues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate PL policies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with agency workflows, systems, and operational practices.
  • Provide continuous improvement of learning opportunities to ensure maximum development by staying informed regarding insurance technical knowledge and market trends, improve agency efficiency through implementation of processes, automation, and data-integrity workflows through practical use of current and upcoming agency management tools, and other operating techniques; develop, implement, and evaluate training content and materials.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have P&C industry experience in QA or compliance but will be open to an insurance industry professional looking for a new opportunity.
  • Extensive knowledge in coverages and strong attention to detail
  • We will be open to remote
  • Salary in the 50-55K range plus bonus
