Responsibilities
We are seeking Nurse Practitioners who have experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We value clinician roles centered around patient care rather than patient volume, allowing our providers to take the time necessary to address each patient's individual needs.
Qualifications
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in your state
- Eligibility for a Federal DEA License
- Geriatric training or experience preferred
- Current CPR and BLS Certification
- Board Certification

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $118,094.90/Yr.
Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $144,279.00/Yr.
