We seek Nurse Practitioners who possess relevant experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner prioritizes patient care over volume, allowing the time needed to address patients' unique needs effectively.

• Active NP license in the state of employment
• Eligibility for a Federal DEA License
• Preferred geriatric training/experience
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification required
