Litigation Administrative Coordinator

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a highly regarded legal team as a Litigation Administrative Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to attorneys in a dynamic legal environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in our litigation practice group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a variety of assignments while composing sensitive and detailed correspondence.
- Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, forms, and presentations.
- Provide comprehensive litigation support by preparing witness and trial binders, coordinating deposition arrangements, managing e-filings, and organizing exhibits.
- Oversee billing processes, including time-entry, record maintenance, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings, while maintaining business calendars.
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring the safekeeping of original client documents.
- Prepare and file documents with courts in both hardcopy and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with all filing requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services setting, particularly in litigation support.
- Proficiency in e-filing with court systems, with familiarity in Pacer and related platforms.
- Advanced skills in MS Word and the MS Office Suite; ability to swiftly learn new software tools (e.g., Adobe, DocuSign, and document management systems).
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding proofreading and document formatting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately from drafts, dictation, or transcription.
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys and effectively managing competing priorities.
Salary Range:
$64,000 - $115,000 per year
