Responsibilities
We seek Nurse Practitioners with relevant experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. Our ideal candidates prioritize patient care over volume, taking the time necessary to address each patient's unique needs.
Qualifications
- Current nurse practitioner license in your state
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Preferred experience in geriatrics
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Board certification required
