What We Offer:

  • Starting wage of $16/hour during a 30-day trainee period.
  • Upon successful completion, transition to a Financial Representative position with a $36,000 annual base salary plus unlimited monthly incentives.
  • Receive a $1000 bonus after successfully completing the trainee period.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a structured program to acquire the skills necessary for providing holistic financial advice.
  • Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and pass competency tests.
  • Develop prospecting skills through research, networking, and community engagement.
  • Understand our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Manage the completion of proposals and paperwork efficiently.

What You Bring:

  • Commit to meeting all trainee program requirements and obtaining necessary insurance licenses.
  • Pass a CRD/FINRA background check and complete securities licensing within 24 months of entry.
  • Be self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive culture by valuing different ideas and perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
