What We Offer:
- Starting wage of $16/hour during a 30-day trainee period.
- Upon successful completion, transition to a Financial Representative position with a $36,000 annual base salary plus unlimited monthly incentives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in a structured program to acquire the skills necessary for providing holistic financial advice.
- Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and pass competency tests.
- Develop prospecting skills through research, networking, and community engagement.
- Understand our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Manage the completion of proposals and paperwork efficiently.
What You Bring:
- Commit to meeting all trainee program requirements and obtaining necessary insurance licenses.
- Pass a CRD/FINRA background check and complete securities licensing within 24 months of entry.
- Be self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
