WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Starting hourly wage of $16/hour during a trainee period of up to 30 days.
  • Opportunity for promotion to Financial Representative with an annual base salary of $36,000 plus unlimited monthly sales incentives after the trainee period.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in a comprehensive program designed to foster your skills in providing holistic financial advice to clients.
  • Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products and successfully completing a sales process competency assessment.
  • Develop prospecting skills through research, networking, communication, and involvement in community events and social media.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Manage the completion of necessary content, proposals, and paperwork to ensure a smooth application and underwriting process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fulfill all trainee program requirements, demonstrating the skills and knowledge necessary to excel.
  • Obtain required insurance licenses before beginning the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass a CRD/FINRA background check upon hire, with ongoing checks required; securities licensing to be obtained within 24 months of starting the program.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individuals who thrive both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, possess a valid U.S. driver’s license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
  • Commit to a culture of diversity and inclusion, embracing different perspectives and fostering open communication.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
