WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Hourly Wage: $16/hour during the trainee phase, which lasts up to 30 days.
  • Upon successful completion of the trainee phase, transition to a Financial Representative position with a salary of $36,000 annually plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.
  • A $1000 bonus awarded after successful completion of the trainee program and promotion.
  • An education-based Accelerator Program aimed at successfully guiding you to become an independent Financial Advisor.
  • Comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) with 2% company contribution and a 6% match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours weekly can accrue up to 15 vacation days annually.
  • Enjoy 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays tailored for your personal time.
  • Access up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025 for those working 40 hours a week, on a prorated basis according to start date.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage in a thorough development program to acquire the skills necessary for providing comprehensive financial advice to clients. Participate actively in discussions, goal-setting sessions, and evaluations.
  • Gain valuable direct sales experience through marketing Individual Insurance products and successfully passing a sales competency test.
  • Enhance your prospecting abilities involving research, targeting, networking, and communication utilizing various channels including personal networks and social media.
  • Achieve a profound understanding of our product offerings and demonstrate expertise regarding their features and benefits.
  • Manage the flow of content, proposals, and necessary paperwork throughout the field and Home Office, ensuring a seamless application and underwriting process.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Successfully complete all trainee program requirements, acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
  • Obtain the required insurance licenses before starting, with up to two attempts permitted for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire and continuously maintain compliance; securities licensing must be achieved within 24 months of entering the program.
  • Exhibit high self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset while working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and listening with curiosity.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, its products, and marketing practices.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
