As a Financial Representative Trainee, you'll engage in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products and establishing a sustainable financial practice.

This is what you can expect from our program:

  • Competitive hourly wage of $16/hour during the first 30 days of training.
  • Upon successful completion of training, you'll be promoted to Financial Representative with a base salary of $36,000 along with unlimited sales incentives.
  • Receive a $1,000 bonus after completing the trainee period and transitioning to a Financial Representative role.
  • Educative Accelerator Program tailored to transition you into an independent Financial Advisor.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and a 6% company match.
  • Earn up to 15 vacation days each year with regular 40-hour weekly engagement.
  • Enjoy 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays that can be used at your discretion.
  • Be granted personal time for sick leave, with up to 40 hours available in 2025, prorated based on your start date.
  • Note: Candidates must not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Here's what your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in a thorough program aimed at developing your skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
  • Gain real-world sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and completing a sales competency assessment.
  • Enhance your prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, and effective communication.
  • Become well-versed in our product offerings, gaining expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Ensure efficient completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow for a seamless application and underwriting process.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Complete all trainee program requirements successfully.
  • Obtain the necessary insurance licenses prior to starting, with two attempts permitted for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire, with securities licensing needed within 24 months of entering the program.
  • Demonstrate high self-motivation and results orientation, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 50% and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Champion a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing differing perspectives and maintaining curiosity in your endeavors.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry and its products and marketing practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
